Aug. 28th, 2007 08:57 amI was totally going to post last night about my day, but spaced it. Yesterday was one of the most productive days I've had in a long time. I worked a half day and then took 4 hours of vacation to accomplish earends. I had downloaded the replacement driver's licence form at work and filled it out, so going to the DMV took only 20 minutes. Then I went to my bank and closed my checkign and savings accounts, as the numbers were in my wallet, and opened up new ones. Then I took Paul to work, after which I went to the spa and got some waxing done. After that I sold some old books to Half-Price Books and bought a new wallet (and belt, as there was a sale) up by the mall. Grocery shopping was next (where I managed to forget two items on my list). Finally getting home ment quick dinner and then a bike ride. Then I looked up to see how may of the checks on my old account had cleared, since I have to wait for those to be cashed before I can actually close that checking account. Then I searched though
exarian's stuff in my basement and picked out 4 outfits that I can wear at the drag show net month. Then I finished up the first draft of the web site for the GBLT volleyball league. By that time I had to go pick Paul up from work and we stopped at Four Star video for some Withchunter Robin. The most awesomest boyfriend ever was totally right when he said that Four Star is the place to go. Their anime, TV and forign sections are huge. Will have to go there more often, I think. Forget Blockbuster, plus Four Star is local, I think.
Now I'm at work and on a new project, again. Since my project is pretty much done, I have two books left to go to the printer and that will happen today, I have been jumping to a new project almost every day. Which is actually a good thing, I think. Means I get experience on every project/customer we have and allows me to actually work with all of my coworkers. Wonder if this is a plan by the manamgement, or is just happening.
