Your result for The Remarkably Thorough Harry Potter Character Test...

Remus Lupin

"Well - let's drink to a Gryffindor victory against Ravenclaw! Not that I'm supposed to take sides, as a teacher..."

You are Remus Lupin, werewolf and previous Defense Against the Dark Arts professor at Hogwarts. Remus is intellectual, introspective, and humble. Being a werewolf for most of his life, he is prone to shying away from social situations and keeping his emotions hidden. He is usually considerate of others’ feelings, but there are times when he is a little too blunt, which makes for uncomfortable situations. Because of his dark secret, he is pessimistic and tends to bring a depressing atmosphere with him. You and Remus are similar in the sense that both of you are much more realistic than idealistic. Focusing on the present is more important to you than fantasizing about the future, especially since your outlook on the future isn't very bright in the first place. Sure, you may hope for a better world, but you know that hoping and wishing only brings disappointment. In fact, your sober nature often makes others wary of your company, which is why you don't have too many close friends. The friends you do have, however, have your utmost loyalty and respect, and they know that they can always turn to you if they need guidance. You’re much more likely to tell someone their faults than their achievements, and you are more concerned with the big picture than you are with details. You are always looking to find a balance, and although you struggle with your inner demons on a daily basis, you yearn to grow more as a person in any way possible.

In short, you are more:

Cautious than impulsive

Mature than immature

Modest than arrogant

Normal than weird

Introverted than extroverted

Your polar opposite is Bellatrix Lestrange.

Round 3…

Comment to this post, and I will list seven things I want you to talk about. They might make sense or they might be totally random. Then post that list, with your commentary, to your journal. Other people can get lists from you, and the meme merrily perpetuates itself.

Some more for this one, I enjoyed the meme the first time.

Why not, I don't have time/energy for a real post.

I'm running a test to see who's reading my posts. So, if you read this, leave me a one-word comment about your day that starts with the third letter of your LJ USERNAME. Only one word please. Then repost so I can leave a word for you. Don't just post a word and not copy - that's not as much fun!

Got this from [livejournal.com profile] channonyarrow, she has all the best things.

Your job is now your Time Lord name. The last digit of your phone number is the current regeneration you are in. The nearest clothing item to your right is now the most notable item in your current wardrobe. The nearest item to your left is your Sonic-BLANK. The last person you texted is your current companion. Your favorite word is now your catchphrase.

So I'm the 1st Site Manager, which is kinda awesome (wouldn't it suck to be the zero-th?). Since I'm in my cubical, I'll have to go with what I'm actually wearing (else it'd be what someone else is wearing, which is weird), so that'd be an orange and grey striped sweater. I totally added the bold text above, cause it is needed. So that'd be either my Sonic-Pen, Sonic-Notebook, or Sonic-iPhone (as they all are sitting together, and won't fight it out for my enjoyment to find out who wins, I'll have to pick). We'll go with Sonic-Pen, as it's mightier than the Sonic-Sword. Paul is my companion (which is probably for the best, it really should be one's BF--though they do tend to die/get lost in another dimension a lot, maybe the Site Manager is better at taking care of them). Favorite word... that's a tough one, since I tend to pick up phrases from my friends a lot. Well, if we look at my emails at work to my clients, "I'm happy to help" comes up a lot, and that sounds very Doctor like.

That was kinda fun. :)

Not gonna post a pic, 'cause mine is a randomly changing selection of fan art of Supernatural. Most from Deviant Art. A lot of Kentameadowwolf, Fox4859, and Petite Madame, plus a few others. For the longest time it was just Castiel, but I decided to branch out a bit.

That NPR meme that is going around. I'm pretty proud of my list. Though there are quiet a few I've never heard of. Though The Last Herald Mage should be on there, IMO.

What was the #1 song the day you were born? Google the date and #1 song and then post your #1 song on your LJ - preferably with a Youtube vid if you can find one!

October 27th, 1977

You Light Up My Life - Debby Boone

I love that the Star Wars Theme was the #1 from Oct. 1st - 14th, that would have been cool to claim.

You know how sometimes people on your friends list post about stuff going on in their life, and all of a sudden you think "Wait a minute? Since when were they working THERE? Since when were they dating HIM/HER? Since when?" And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification because it seems like info you should already know? It happens to all of us sometimes.

Please copy the topics below, erase my answers and put yours in their place, and then post it in your journal! Please elaborate on the questions that would benefit from elaboration. One word answers seldom help anyone out.
