radlilimGays of Our Lives last night was very funny. It was a bit slow in parts, but soap operas are like that. They pulled off the feel of a soap very well, lots of dramatic poses and plenty of fake sex. Dave didn't show up, his bike ride ended up going long or something. It's OK, I really didn't expect him to show up anyway.
One of my two blinds arrived yesterday, but in the wrong color. So now I have to try and retun it. I'm hopeing they let me go to a store to do it instead of trying to mail it back.
Today will be long, since I had a chiropractor appointment (you'd think they'd be covered under our insurance, wouldn't you?) and maybe work at Apex. I need to get to the west side and go shopping for trip things. Maybe go out after. Tomorrow is the Mary Kay convention at the Hilton, which I really don't want to do and will suck lots. Good money though.
Last night Laura asked me to do a toast at the reception dinner in Jamaica, and then two more at both receptions. I probably will have to write 3 then. And get cracking on it soon. Like today.
