radlilimWe've recently been putting up the class notes for our continuing education courses at work online so the doctors can download and study them before the class. I had to take a tech support call today. The guy sounded kinda young, late 20s or 30s, so this conversation surprised me.
me: "So, now that you've saved the file from the adobe site to install Adobe Reader, go to your desktop."
dr: "Um, I'm not sure where my desktop is."
me: *headdesk*
I might suggest a basic computer course for these doctors, maybe I'll offer to teach it and make lots of money.
