Look at your LJ userpics list. If you have fewer than 50 icons, pick every fifth one. If you have between fifty and seventy-five icons, pick every seventh one. Wasn't sure if I should start with the first one and then the 11th, etc. but that's the plan for this one.
The cabana boy is from good old fish slapping wank when I decided that I wanted to be a cabana boy when I grew up. I made this one from the Cabana Boy rum label.
