I had some rough spots pitching, walked a few runs in. But I was hitting real well and made a run everytime I was up to bat in during the double header. We lost the both though. The third game we won by one point, I didn't bat nearly as well, they caught everything I hit out to left field, but my pitching was much better. I don't think I walk anyone. And the best part is that the team I was playing on (there were only three from my team to show up, so we joined another Madison team), Yellow, had never won a game all season until then. That was really good for them, and I enjoyed meeting a bunch of new people. After a long shower when I tried to lower my body temp back to normal, I went over to Club 5 and had some food. I sold all of my raffle tickets, had to promise "favors" to a few people if they didn't win. I don't think they were serious. Though there was one guy from Milwuakee that I was tempted to offer for us not to wait to see if he lost. :D
I also semi-quit the Hilton. I have moved to being "on call" which means that if they really need me to work, they can call me, and then I can decide if I want to go in. We'll see how that goes. No one seemed too surprised either. I do still have to work tomorrow however.
