OK, I need some technincal/web help.

I'm making a chart for a project at work. Its created in Indesign, and then exported as a jpg. The chart has a border around it. When I upload the image, the bottom of it gets cut off. Even if I add extra white space to the bottom. The image is being called from an XML file that is being generated into HTML on the fly.

Any suggestions as to why this is happening or how to fix it?

How you tried opening the image in say photoshop to see if the border is there?

Or could you cut the rest of the border off and add it back with the HTML?

Just a couple of quick thoughts.

Yeah, it's there in Photoshop. And I can't make borders in the HTML cause it comes from the XML and there is nothing in that code scheme for borders.

I think it's their fault, on further review, when I upload a jpg, it gets cahnged into a bmp file. So I get to blame them.

thanks though

Is there a height attribute in the HTML img tag? And is it set too small?

yeah there is (at least its pulled in via the XML), and it's set correctly. And when I made it to big, it just strecthed the image, with the bottom till cut off.

Stupid AFB people... you remeber them?
