Holidays, so far

radlilimSo, Christmas Eve day was short at work (nothing to do), then dive home, with little traffic. Then went cross-country skiing with mom, sister and my aunt from Oregon, which I havn't done in years. Helped lossen up from working out Tuesday. Then Eve dinner with the whole Jokinen gang followed by Candle light service at church. Which was as nice as ever, singing, seeing old neighbors, etc.
Christmas was the usual, open gifts with mom, dad and laura. Got OS X! yeah. Over to Gram Ks for gifts, got DVDs and clothes. We forgot Gramas present, so I had to drive back for it. Then over to Gram Js for that side of the family, saw more family, got an intersting scuplture from the artistic cousin Amanda, and some money from Gram, since she still can't find any CDs that are on my list. More skiing with family, large group of 9, still fun. Might have to go back up north this winter for more skiing with mom. Drove back around 5ish. Played LOtR Trivial Pursuit, bed way to late.
Friday was playing with OS X at work and getting pissed at the problems that I had, and no Systems support. But Lance came in, and I felt guilty for bitching and having him come in on his day off. Have to give him a rec to his boss. That night, I was the DD for MJ's party. He seemed to enjooy himself, even if he dosn't remember it all. Plus sleeping on the bathroom floor = good birthday. :)
Saturday, read through 227 email messages, finished some of the stuff I need to do for the New Years party, got hair cut, and then found some new Harry Potter pics to use as desktops at work.
ok, off to watch Firefly and play LOtR Monopoly
