The latest Nightrunner book, Casket of Souls, by Lynn Flewelling is one of my favorites of the series so far. For one, and the biggest, neither main character got kidnapped. That was getting so old. I loved how we got to see them work in the city, in their actual environment. It was great seeing a new contact/nigthrunner get coutred, even if it didn't work out. And seeing some of the suplimental characters developed more was well done, Thero really came into his role. And she had no problem killing off established characters. Great book!
