radlilimI have an interview for a real job!
Only took six months of applying. I guess in this economy that's not too bad. It's a phone interview next week for a company that dose catalogs for hardware and lumber and stuff. But it's graphic design. No idea on pay or what not, but just the fact that someone liked my application and resume enough to talk to me is a good thing.
I should be getting my business cards next week. That is cool. I still need to post pictures of them.
We actually had all four of the people who are scheduled to work in my area of the post office in today. And none of us were drug to another area. This means we got all of our work done over two hours earlier than normal. Crazy what having enough competent people can do.
I think another of my games is dying again. This makes me sad as I was just going to bring in a new character. I'll have to keep my eye open for a replacement.
Well I have a few more chores to do and than off to the mall for the night shift. I think I have an episode of Supernatural to watch.

Employment is the lottery, sometimes you can read the table, and or scratch the right dot.. other times.. you just didn't get there at the right time.
Good luck.
Check their catalogues and find out what designs and details they have already been using.... who knows.. maybe you can help them with keeping their direction, or going a new direction.
