Something is wrong with me. Last night I suddenly felt really dizzy, making me feel like I was falling off of the bed. Then I couldn't walk straight. All the dizziness made me so sick I threw up. I still don't feel better today. It's not as bad, but still a bit dizzy. I'm wondering if something is out of place in my neck/back that is messing with my inner ear. Or maybe food poisoning. If I'm not better tomorrow I'll go to the doctor.

I'd like this to just clear up on its own though.

Have you bonked your head recently?

I ask only because I had hit my head last spring and ended up with a wicked case of vertigo that sounds a lot like what you're experiencing. The doc just kind of made me lay down funny and moved my head around, and I was basically cured.

Not that I can recall. I was thinking of calling my chiropractor and seeing if he had any ideas too, but I'm still gonna wait till tomorrow to worry too much. Though a nap would be nice right now.

As the weekend went on it got better. Once in a while I'll still get dizzy, but it's mostly cleared up. Yeah for procrastination and self-healing. Thanks for the thoughts :)
