Paul had the observation that my stomache cramping yesterday might have been because we did abs and upper body at the gym Monday night, and not just from stress. However, I am sick. I was up all night running to the bathroom and this morning I had a temperature of 100.9. Not enough to stay home, but if I keep feeling bad, I'll probably bail early.

If ever there were a stretch of days to stay home sick it'd be the next three or four days. I know you're busy at work (I'm in the same boat), but staying home and getting better (physically and mentally) sounds like a better plan.
