Jun. 19th, 2008 09:02 amSo my card wouldn't go though last night when buying the ceiling fan and new door bell at the hardware store. I give them a call this morning and it turns out they suspended my account due to suspicious activity. There were a bunch of charges on my card from a paypal account. One that isn't mine. So the card is canceled and a new one is on the way.
Paul suggested that I look into identity protection. This is the second time in 6 years this account has been used by someone not me--not i9ncluding the time I lost my wallet. Anyone out there use identity protection? Any praise/horror stories for any companies?
