Noitce of Non-Renewal insurace policy update:

So, after talking with AAA, we discover that the policy that I'm late in paying is my renter's insurance policy. Yes folks, I've owned my our house of ra year and a half, and I was still paying renter's insurance. Becuase it was being auto drawn from one of the credit cards I recently canceled.

I am still an idiot.

This is why I don't have bills auto debited, can't keep track of them.

I'm trying really, really hard not to be grumpy to my coworkers, it's not their fault at all...

Ah yes, the joys of auto-debiting. I'm in the same school of thought as you with bills. I'd much rather keep some modicum of control in spite of the constant need to pay the damn things. ;)
