Aug. 9th, 2007 08:35 amI finished Deathly Hallows last night, very nice of Paul to let me.
It was fine, but for something that was such a big part of my life for so long, it seemed a bit of a let down. I was upset with Fred being offed, but I can see the literary reason. I did like how a lot of the details and plot points from the previous books made an appearance. I will probably try and reread it sometime in the future.
The house needs cleaning really, really badly. But I have Friday night without plans, Saturday morning and all of Sunday to do that. So I hope that will happen. I migh tput in over time this weekend if needed too.

Harry Potter
Date: 2007-08-11 05:47 pm (UTC)When I finished HP7, I was very satisfied with all the answers it provided, but, like you, sort of let down. That's it? The whole saga is over?! Sad. But I LOOOOOOOOVED the epilogue, when they are all grown up, even though it leaves no room for more books, unless they are about the kids, but it just wouldn't be the same.
Anyway, I love you and I hope you have a great weekend. I just got a haircut up to my chin and I am kinda freaked out.
