Mar. 5th, 2012 08:40 pmI whipped right though my latest eBook, I just loved Agatha H and the Airship City. I have known about the Girl Genius comic for a while now, and saw enough strips here and there that I understand the basics. But I never actually read much of it. That is going to change now. This book was a story about the characters in the comic. I'm thinking it might be a prequel to the comic series, but will have to get back to you as I've not started the comic yet. The world is awesome, the writing was fun and engaging and the action was well paced. I feel it is a really good entry piece into the world, for people who come from books into the comics. I think I even caught a reference to Mount Horeb, a town near me, which was awesome and makes me wonder where the writers are form. It's a great read, I highly recommend it.
rating: A+
Edit: the novel is actually the first story arc in the comic, both are still worth reading seperatly, book for more detail, comic for great art.
