I accepted the counter offer. I have to sign the form and then we will have it inspected. Closing date is February 20th. On dad's request I will have my uncle come down to look the place over when we have the place inspected. I also need to have Nate take a look, just so he knows what he's moving into. And the Wendy's version of the rental agreement.

OK, so I kinda forgot that Feb. 20-22 I'm in Florida visiting anothersuperboy ((I just remembered right before your text message)). So we moved the closing date back to the 17th. I can still come visit, sorry to freak you out (if I did).

*hyperventalates*

I have also made friends with the girl at the new coffee shop by work. We've exchagned names and chatted a few times now. She really likes my coral cords. She also wants to live viacariously though my house buying/remodeling experiences. The cook their is Emmit, and he's cute.

I also have a celebratory raspberry mocha now.
