radlilimI accepted the counter offer. I have to sign the form and then we will have it inspected. Closing date is February 20th. On dad's request I will have my uncle come down to look the place over when we have the place inspected. I also need to have Nate take a look, just so he knows what he's moving into. And the Wendy's version of the rental agreement.
