Since I've been getting into the yoga thing I've been trying to follow my instrutor's advice and sit/stand taller, keep my shoulders back, neck straight and chest wide (or develop core strenght). For one thing, standing taller makes people look thinner. And amazingly enough, it relieves stress. Having less weight on my spine (the bones, not the muscles) and being able to breath more fully helps calm me down.
I think I should look into conferences and stuff for yoga. Now I need to fence in my front yard and make it all nice and shiney for an out door yoga spot. Maybe add a hot tub too...
