Now I'm not a really really important person at Apex, but I think my time is valuable. There is a guy from India visiting the office and his job is to talk to us all and then go over to the typesetting office and clean up some problems they are having. Yesterday I was supposed to give him a demo on how to page a book and how to do corrections that come back from the customers, just so he has a full picture of the process. Well, I got blown off three times. We'd schedule a time, then when that time came around I would go looking for him and he was in another meeting. Now I understand that schedules get messed up, and meetings get moved, but the least I should get is a "Sorry, I have a conflict, we need to reschedule." That's not a problem, but not showing up at all? grrr....

So we tried again today. This time at least he came in and told me we needed to reschedule. He better show up at the new time, otherwise I think I will be "too busy" from here on out and he can just deal.
