Mar. 22nd, 2013 01:18 pmI'm exhausted. I wish I was slow enough today at work that I could go home and relax. That counts as a sick day, I'm sure.
Last night we did date night again. This time swung over to Graze. Graze is the cheaper version of Paul's favorite, Le Etolie. It is next door, same owner, less expensive food. The food was really good. The service sucked and while the web site says they are open until 11pm, we did not feel very welcome showing up after 10.
We shared the home made bread basket and some goat cheese and siracha fried curds. I had their signature burger and he had sauteed gnoci. Then he had the mint chocolate cheese cake and I had the caramel/chocolate bread pudding. It was all really good, though neither of us really liked he siracha in the curds. The "tap" red wine I had (still in the barrel) wasn't something I'll get again either.
Decent place, maybe if one goes earlier it's a better experience.
rating: B+
