Nov. 11th, 2008 04:27 pmI'm actually please with Charter. I called today to cancel our service, since we have DirectTV now. And they are only charging me the time it was hooked up for November. I expected a full November bill, and maybe other closing charges too.
On the work front: I love it when all the client tells us is "fix it". One needs more info than that. Also, when at the printer files stage, there should be fewer changes, really.
