Make a list of all the characters in your icons. (Although you may have more than one icon of a single character, they only go on the list once.) Alphabetize it. Take the first two people on the list; that's your first pairing. Second two people; second pairing. Etc. Then write your reaction to each pairing (or a snippet of a hypothetical fic featuring each pairing).
notes: If there are more than one person in an icon, I've included them all. If it is an icon of just a pretty boy, I skipped it.
Aaron Davis (Latter Days) / Anakin Skywalker
Hmm.. first one is a hard one. Aaron would not be able to keep Anakin from going dark, but would stick with him though it. Maybe he'd enjoy the twisted Sith sex? top: Anakin
Angel / Billy Keikeya (BSG)
Billy is just too wholesome and sweet to keep Angel long, he needs dark, twisted and angsty. Billy is at least tall enough for Angel though. top: Angel
Boone Carlyle (LOST) / Brian Kinney
Both pretty boys, both manipulators, both kinda messed up. Brian would appreciate the money aspect, and since Boone is kinda an idiot, be smart enough to keep him while still playing around on the side. top: Brian
Cedric Diggory / Charles Gunn
The magic thing would make Gunn cautious, but after Cedric showed that he has actual athletic skills and whooped some monster ass, they'd get on well. top: Gunn? maybe switch?
Charlie Croker / Christian Markelli (Latter Days)
Christian's shallowness would turn Charlie right off, he'd probably just be a target for a hit and Charlie would quickly move on. top: Christian (cause Charlie would go with whatever was needed for the job)
Conner / Dorian Grey
Dorain would be able to keep Conner in all the weapons the boy would want, plus they could have sword sparing matches that end in shower sex. With Conner's parents, who knows how long the boy will live on his own, so they might make a good couple. top: Dorian
Ennis Del Mar / Gabriel (angel from Constantine)
Um, gay cowboy and an angel? Well... yeah, I got nothing.
Jack Shephard (LOST) / Jack Twist
They have the stubble thing going for them. Jack would be able to met up with Jack whenever he needed his gay fix, and still keep his practice and normal life going. Plus they can go on extended hikes and stuff together, as Jack has the skills. top: Jack

One hell of a wild ride. Justin needs flowers and romance in the end though, so it would only be a short fling. top: Justin
Kaylee Frye / Karl 'Helo' Agathon
Awww... Helo would be good for Kaylee, they'd have lots of babies, and he's such a good dad. And they can talk flying and ships, lots in common.
Kaworu Nagisa / Kevin (Sin City)
Can you say twisted? Cannibalistic serial killer and a being bent on destroying the earth? No actual relationship here, just sex. And who knows, maybe Kawrou can heal quick enough to keep Kevin happy. top: Kawrou

Way too much nobel here. They'd run into each other's morals left and right. But that'd be some hunky sex. top: Kon

Can you say cabin boy? Maxxie'd be able to play Mal, but not for any malicious ends. First Mal'd have to get over the age thing, but they'd work it out. Hell, I can see Maxxie as a male companion at some point. top: Mal

How perfect. Peter can easily hold Oz when he wolfs out, snuggle him like a puppy. And any biting/clawing would be ignored by Peter's steel skin. Perfect. They are both pretty calm guys too, so I think they'd get on. top: Peter
Reid Garwin (The Covenant) / Riley Finn
Riley would of course try to capture the young wizard, any Reid would put up such a fight. If Reid didn't kill our sexy marine, he'd probably keep Riley around for a pet or some such, jut what Riley needs. top: Reid

I don't think Anders is weird enough for Sammy, but he could easily fit in with the hunter life style. Probably wouldn't last, as Sammy has that attachment issue. Wayside one time? Sure. top: Sammy

Shawn would totally reform Sebastian. And Bast would help Shawn deal with the politics and day to day crap at the center. Good match. top: Sebastian

Shiniji is smart enough to keep Simon interested and Simon'd love to figure out what the hell Shinji is. Simon would take care of Shinji well enough that he could grow into a semi-normal person, I'd bet. top: Simon
Spike / Switch
Well, they could share hair bleach. And she's hard enough that they'd have fun killing those who need it. Switch's life style lends naturally to night and the darker side of life, perfect for a vampire.
Tyler Simms (The Covenant) / Warren Peace
I think they'd get a kick out of each other's powers. Warren would have to compensate, since Tyler has so much more range, and thus he'd do it during sex. With Tyler's power, he can heal anything that accidentally happened when Warren got carried away anyway. top: Warren
Will Stronghold / Xander Harris
How much dorky hero can one have in a ship? At least Will could keep Xander from danger. And they are totally both geeks, they'd dork out on video games and eat crap all the time. top: Will
Yoda / Zhaan
Is this not perfect? And I didn't even plan it. Since the idea of Yoda and sex squicks me, they can have mind intercourse or some such. End up with teal babies, fertilized by the Force. With their combined power they'd be one kick ass couple.
