radlilimFucking Charter. No one told me when I set up my appointment from 1pm to 5pm today (4 fucking hours? really?) that they would call me to "make sure I am home." Thus I did not answer the 800 number WHILE AT FUCKING WORK! If I make a fucking appointment, I will be there. There is no reason to call and make sure I'm in. If I have to sit there for 4 hours for them to show up, they can wait for 10 mintues before the appointment and 10 mintues after it's supposed to start for me. I'm just as busy as them and my time is just as improtant. Plus, I'm paying their fucking wage, so I think they can be a bit accomidating. Also, if you are going to call me, call me from a personal line, FUCK WAD, not the fucking 800 number that goes to the automated customer care service so I can tell you that I AM fucking home.
This is why I wanted to get rid of them. If this appointment falls through, they are loosing a customer and I'll get internet from TDS.
