2nd day of Madison pride was fun also. Had to get up really early to work at the Hilton (and the fact that Ben decided to hang out in my bed and vent about his life until 1:00 am did not help). Work was slow, but apparently I got "caught at doing something cool" last time I worked and got 2 tickets to the movie theater. Walked down to the start of the parade after work and rode in Jimmy's cool-hot-awesome-huge car in the parade for the softball league. I'd say what kinda of car, but I don't know as I don't know cars. It was long and purple though, easily the sweetest car in the parade. Lots of people were out to watch, including the protestors. Was very hot when we got to the picnic, so I 'volunteered' at the softball booth for a while, sitting in the shade and talking to people about joining the league. I didn't get to watch the ralley speakers, but that is OK. Then some people didn't show up for their security shift, so I started an hour early. Worked until 5:00 doing security, had a beer with the other softball people and then walked back to my car. I had dinner on the capital loop and then drove home for a shower and a nap with plans to go out after. Wasn't feeling well, headachey and sick after the shower. After napping for like an hour I woke up hot and sick still, I'm farily sure I had light heat-stroke again. Went downstairs where it is cooler and took another shower trying to cool off the body temp. Napped on the couch until Nate left to hang with Drew (I assume). So I moved into the spare bedroom/computer room to sleep. I left a note to Nate that if he wanted to play WoW more he could wake me up, but he didn't. I feel fine today, and since it's cooler today I shouldn't feel sick at the softball game, where I will try and get Bob's number. (I love it when I get all RPish in my RL posts *grin*)

All in all, good Pride, good weekend. And the coolest thing is all the people that I know better now. People that will text me funny comments (like how the A-to-Z moving guys are cute) and will call me to do stuff.
