I found a sweet new upright fountian thing today at the clearence furniture store. It was on sale cause it nedes some repare, but on top of that. So when the sales guy says he likes your button (this is the one from
channonyarrow that says, "I feel like a new man, you'll do"), what does that mean? That he thinks it just cool? Or that he is gay and thinks its cool? And how weird is it that it wasn't until he said that when I started to think he was kinda cute?
And, amoungst the pink and black Mary K women I had one guy show up at the coffee bar. He was cute, kinda preppy, deffinently business. He had a huge ass diamond earring on and the well cut tealish, shiney shirt. I give him is comment and say how cool his shirt is. He says thanks, he likes how well it fits him. I agree. He goes about his business and I consider it a highlight but mostly forget about it. Today he shows up for breakfast and joins another server's table. She's busy so I go over, comment that his shirt that day was nice also (it was the same shiney material, same cut, but a light mint green instead). I get his drink order (Dt. Pepsi) and bring it over. Jen (the server) is there and says thanks. He doesn't get anything else and when he wants to leave asks for his check. Jen says that since he only got a drink that we will just add it onto the coupon that his breakfast companion had. He says thanks, but he can't tip her cause he only has a $10. I mention I can break it for him, and he leaves two bills on the counter, says for the two of us to split it. He left $6--on a drink that cost like $1.50. She says that she didn't flirt at all, so I like to think the big tip was 'cause of my interest. Who knows, but it made me feel better about myself.
