The project that I completely blew? Not my fault. The head office didn't understand what they were asking or what I was doing. So technically the report that I did had very little to do with the actual assignment. However, what they wanted me to research is not something we will ever have to do (unless we start typesetting newspapers or magazines). And what I did research is a problem that we have right now and needs to be soloved.
My report will save us money and increase efficiency. The report I was assigned will make us inefficent and add complication.
Now we wait to hear back from Herndon to see what they want to do next.
