Weekend so far...

radlilimSo, Friday was OK. Met Steve and some of his friends at the Shamrock, nice bar, nice people. Had a nice time, but then Steve left early (with a good reason) and then ditched me at the Willy St. Fair (The Kisser's were cool), after he said he'd met me there, and hasn't called me back yet. So it looks like I've struck out even before I got to the plate. MJ thinks that he's a player so it's probably a good thing, I disagree, but hey. Of course he had just broken up with his boyfriend that afternoon, so maybe he wasn't interested at that time, or maybe I came on a bit strong. See, there's my new "happy" outlook, taking the advice of Hippy.
I am so not looking forward to fending off questions at work on Monday.
On other news, Steven Lynch was very cool. His new stuff rocked and his old stuff was as good as ever. But I'll let MJ do the full review, I'm sure "Turets Boy" will do him justice.
The rest of the day looks slow. Maybe swing down to the Willy St. Fair again.
Oh, and we should have an apartment on Monday-ish.
