Work is just crazy these days. I spend 70% of my time answering emails and moving files around (either on our server or to the printer), 20% of my time in meetings and then 10% doing actual production work. Also we have ridiculous deadlines. If files come in between 10pm and noon the next day, they are due back by 8pm. If they come in between noon and 10pm, they are do the next morning at 9am. So this means I get in at 6am to make the 9am deadline. Then I'm out of work until about noon, when I have stuff to do until 9pm. Makes for a very long day. I've started taking long lunches (today might involve a nap) just to have time at home.

I'm also so busy I can't listen to podcasts anymore, as I get interrupted every 5-10 minutes. *woe* :(

This should last a few weeks. That thought makes me ill. But I do have a 3 day weekend off for Jack's birthday, I'm really looking forward to that.
