Sep. 3rd, 2009 10:39 amApparently everyone at work is having major connectivity issues with the client's server and they outside world in general except me. Of course I've now jinxed that. B even started her half day early. Oh well, I keep chugging along.
Didn't get my iphone synced to Paul's computer last night like planned. Turns out my external was a Mac only hard drive, so it took us (mostly Paul) a few hours to track down the software we needed to get Vista to talk to the hard drive. Now everything is copied over, but the PC couldn't read the iTunes Library file from my mac, so I need to add all my music and stuff by hand. I'm worried that after I do this and sync my iphone, it will erase all my iphone data and I'll have to start over with contacts, calendar, photos, apps, etc.
Not good. Need to do some more research today/tonight before I make that jump.
:sigh:
Life continues to suck, beyond the computer/iphone issues.
I think I also need an iphone icon.

Date: 2009-09-04 01:04 pm (UTC)Paul and I are both annoyed that there is no way to reverse sync. I understand that they are trying to keep music theft down, but I see no reason why I can't tell iTunes to sync with the iphone for contacts or the calendar. Why only one way?
