radlilimVolleyball on Sunday was fun. We won two games in the match, against what I assume is the best team in the league. I'm not sure about that yet, as I haven't seen all the teams play. Sun was brutal, I'm kinda pink now, at least my face is. After that Paul and I went to Home Depot to get flowers and vegetable plants.
Yesterday I took a half day of vacation and helped Paul with the yard work. it was kinda cold and dreary, so not very fun. I have blisters from the gardening.
Played softball last night, and it went well-ish. We lost by 17 runs, mostly due to the other teams above average hitting and some fielding errors. I did OK, I think. I am now sporting a golf ball sized scrape on my knee from some fielding.
Back to what I was originally doing on this job today, after a 2 day break to get some rush correction in. I can't help feeling we are way behind on the project. But I don't know, as I'm still being kept out of the loop.
Volleyball with Em tonight. Haven't seen her in a week and looking forward to it.
This weekend I'm heading north to mom and dad's for half of it. Laura, Rob and Jack will be there too, so I get nephew time. Early Sunday I'm driving back to spend Sunday night and Monday with Paul. There isn't any volleyball games, just pick up ones, on Sunday, so I don't have that to do.
