Sep. 2nd, 2008 02:34 pmI need to find some sort of at work meditation strategy so that I can move past the stress of my day to day work and focus on getting things done. I feel I'm constantly being scolded or yelled at for things I'm doing. And if I am given an alternative procedure, I feel it's more inefficient or a waste of time. I might be wrong, their way might be better, but it'd be easier to follow if things were explained to us. And if it's not procedure change is software/equipment failure. And I just can't focus or move on easily when my head and tummy are all knotted up from stress. I did some looking this weekend, but couldn't come up with anything. The best would be to get in some yoga, but that takes way too long to do during the day.
I wish the job market and economy was better, it'd give me more options. And some hope for the future on enjoying my job.
