We played horribly last night. No clue what is wrong.

We have over an inch of snow right now on the ground, up to six after tonight. And next week my sand volleyball league starts. This is so frelled up.

Micth invited me to "boys night out" with him, Glen (Shamrock owner), Rob, Dawn and others last night, so I went to the Shamrock after the game last night. He ended up being sick, so I just hung out with friends and talked. It's so cool now that I can just go to the bar and there will be people that I can hang out with. I don't have to plan to meet anyone anymore.

It looks like I will be trying my hand at online rping again. Two games! I'm excited about it, I just think I might have needed some time off. One HP and one In Nomine.

Well I didn't know until calli_thaala posted hers and I was suddenly interested. The other one is an In Nomine game that I've been interested in and is now actually happening.

That's very... different. Very cool concept, do you see it being mostly political? You don't seem to give much guidance on what kind of powers are allowed, I take it you are being free with that and just shooting down the ones that don't work? Think it will be missions and fighting or politics and government stuff?

My main concern is activity. You know I'm busy. Kris' game is fine, they have a monthly requirement. And if I get a new job (interview on Friday) my net time at work will go waaaay down. So I'd be interesting in talking more, but I don't want to start and get booted ;)

We do see it being mostly political at this point, but that's because players have always managed to add the fluffy themselves.

Gwen and I kept sitting around saying "if only Jason wasn't so busy..." She's in San Fran, though, so I don't know what her take on activity changes would be - I will point out that we only require four shows of activity every month, because you could get away with a decent-length journal entry two days in a row (our thought was that people would be likely to talk about an upcoming event, and then discuss it after it happened, hence the two journal entries) and two rps and not, technically, be outside the rules. We do threading, too, so it's fine if rps take a while, and you know that Gwen and I are not on messengers often.

That's just how I read the rules, so I think it would be fine, but as I say, she's in SF this week. Is that workable to you?

Held! We kind of figure that some Mary-Sueness is fine (you know us, just don't play your char as someone everyone automatically loves) so I'm not worried about it. If it's too powerful, I've still got that robot.
