radlilimSo my demo to the vice-president of the partner company from India went very well. I forgot how hot he is. Nice time :) Had a small mental story of where I join him for dinner, we go out and then I get swept back to India with him to work at his company and live happily ever after in a tropical paridise. Gag!
15 years ago, I:
1. I was wearing very think glasses (about and inch) that had terrible brown, square frames
2. was in a class of 11 that shared a room with another class (yep, two grades per room and per teacher)
3. Fully believed that I would grow up to be a scientist
4. was continuing my 8 year career as head tree pruner on my dad’s tree farm
10 Years Ago, I:
1. was learning how to drive in Phillips, WI
2. was the lead male in the musical at high school
3. was one of the best artisits in my high school class (of 54)
4. was dating my first girl friend
5 Years Ago, I:
1. living in a house off campus with 7 other friends
2. the head editor for the Orange & Blue
3. coming to terms with my sexuality
4. working in the Twin Cities over the summer for my internship
3 Years Ago, I:
1. had just graduated from college
2. started my first “real” job, one week out of college
3. was helping one of my best friends marry the love ‘o her life
4. living with a very small cat and a very large dog at the “Platteville Half-way House”
2 years ago, I:
1. moved into a new place owned by my friends
2. was on my second department at work, learning new things
3. took an awesome trip to Florida with friends
4. really met my cousin Jim for the first time
5. got a second cat
1 Year Ago, I:
1. finally got “lucky”
2. met new and wonderful friends
3. moved into my third department at work
4. drifted farther away from my college friends
Yesterday, I:
1. got caught up on work that piled up/broke since I was sick
2. Watched the first episode of Fire-fly, it’s still good
3. helped ease the day of a very stressed out manager, on my way to becoming one
4. talked with my cousin Jim
5. wrapped the last of my Christmas gifts
Today, I:
1. finished the first milestone of a new and exciting project
2. argued with a color printer for over and hour
3. practiced and than gave a demo for the vice-president of a partner company from India
4. working on Christmas stuff for friends (not to worry, no gifts)
5. will probably read more Harry Potter slash
