Oct. 21st, 2010 11:57 amI took the time to do yoga last night. It felt really good to stretch like that again. I've been a bit sore since we moved volleyball back indoors for the fall/winter season. All the extra impact and speed was taking it's toll. I was worried I'd be really sore today from the yoga, but not so much. Just a little tightness in my neck and shoulders. I'll have to get into the habit of doing that again. I was really impressed with my self on how far down I could get my face on the forward bends. I think it's from the abb work outs I've been doing.
I need to keep it up, for sure.
