I've started listening to podcasts by Teel McClanahan III. I whipped through Dragon's Truth today and have 3 more downloaded. Good narration. I liked the story too, at least the beginning. It was a fun premise, then moved into an attack on the current education system. Picked up a bit after that rant, and then the main character changed so much I could no longer really relate. Then the world changed in a similar way, breaking my mental link with the setting. Ended with a long commentary on the level of our current civilization, or lack there of. But the beginning was good enough for me to give him another try. And his books cover a lot of different genres, fantasy, sci-fi, horror, etc.
