Feb. 14th, 2007 08:33 amLast night we played horribly. No one was really moving (though Sharron had a lot of good digs) and neither me nor Donnie could hit. I sent them into the net and he was hitting long. Thrid game we remembered how to play vollyeball and won a game finally. The team we played is a good match for us, when we use skill.
The paints that Sam helped me pick out should work. I have to put one more coat on the purple to make sure that the color is correct. That wall will take 3 coats. The green/gray should only take one coat as well as the celling. So I think I can get it all done this weekend.
Tonight I have to buy the paint and supplies.
Dante's Cove is basically soft core porn. There is a OK plot. The sound track is really good and I will buy it, I think. The acting is horrible, but in a funny way. The guys are cute, the sex is hot, there is even girl-on-girl action (which Tom was happy to see). One of the leads has a weird face, or something. I didn't find him cute. We watched half of it last night. Which was werid cause they ran it all together. It ended and I thought it was just the first episode. A long one, but instead it was half the season. The other half is on the other disk. I hope TLA sends me another coupon for a percentage off an order soon, I think I will be making a big order.
I've also been thinking of dropping cable. I only watch it for the news in the morning and sometimes the news at dinner. Tom says he never watches it. So I was thinking of going to SBC and seeing if they will give me a deal since I have the cell phone though Sprint. If I want to watch TV, I buy the DVD. I don't have time to watch a show religiously. And if there is a certian show I want to watch, it will give me a reason to be social. Will work the details out soon, cause I think I need rabbit ears to pick up the news over the air.
