Last night was a lot of fun. Went to the Shamrock's customer appreciation holiday party. I didn't know many people, it wasn't exactly the softball/euchre/bowling crowd that I know, but the free drinks were nice and so was the food. I met some new people and talk to one guy for most of the time there. He's actually a writter for Rick's, just like Kiki. Small town.

Then we won all three games in our volleyball match. That makes for 6 wins this week, which I really don't remember us doing, ever. David actually made it, and we chatted for a few pitchers. I might so some freelance graphic design stuff with him, which will be cool. I need to check with the new job first.

Today is a half day and then off to the spa! I hope to be very relaxed tonight, when I wrap gifts and make cookies.

I have a problem (and apparently am posting a lot today). I ordered some books for my mom for christmas from Half.com. Four books. Two have arrived but the one that arrived yesterday is the wrong one. Also they didn't ship any type of recipt in it, so I don't know which of the last two sellers I'm waiting for stuff to come from sent it to me. So I guess I could email them both, ask which just sent me something and then tell them that I got the wrong book. But that sounds like it will take a long time and probably won't be resolved before Christmas. And the wrong book is from the correct series, so maybe mom doesn't have it yet. Not sure if I want to persue getting the correct one or not.
