No trip to Portland for me. Sorry channonyarrow and graeae, I tried. I was really looking forward to going and seeing you guys and my cousin. Damn. Would have made some good contacts at the conference also.

On the bright side, progger88, we can now play that weekend.

It also looks like the Hiltons and other chain hotels in Paris aren't a part of the member reward program. So no really nice cheep hotel for me and Em this fall.

None of the "perks" of my jobs seem worth it anymore.

I'm a bit worried that I don't have enough flyer miles for a free ticket there. Might have to put the trip off..

Kinda hurt my ankle tonight, twisted it when i landed on another guy's foot. No swelling and not much pain, just a nit sore. Should be fine by Thursday for the next game. Broken finger is doing fine. We took two of three from a really good team, though they seemed to be having an off night.

I like it when my hot straight friends get comfortable enough with me to allow flirting without freaking out and getting mad. And even flirt back. The tendency for striaght guys to "pretend" to be gay with each other (and with gay guys) confuses and interests me. There's something there, I'm sure.

Work sounds like it might be busy tomorrow. Though lately I've started to feel like its just a job. Not fun, or challenging, or worth my time. Just a paycheck. Tomorrow I'm supposed to have a meeting about the future and stuff. We'll see. It's a pity they are cutting back (in theory) on B's hours. Slowly the few, small things that keep me there are being removed.
