radlilimI knew that if I had a free weekend I could be very house-productive.
I bought a new cordless drill/screwdriver, a level, a stud finder and a compost bin. I then replaced the burnt out light on the back porch. Removed the extra swing arm on the back door so it won't smack me in the back anymore when I open it. I set up the compost bin and filled ith with leaves from the backyard and the left over grass clippings from when the lawn was really long. I checked the gutters to make sure they weren't filled and cleaned them out a bit. I found my insurance policy so I can see if it covers my house and mortage and whether or not I want to get some more.
In the middle of Menards my glasses just broke in half. I have no idea why or how. So now I have an eye appointment this afternoon and need to get new glasses. I'm really upset too, I loved those frames. I got a lot of compliments on how cute those frames were. I hope I can find something similar.
And then I lost a screw or the back porch light under the deck, so I had to remove the siding around the porch and crawl under it (very gross). It's been a decent day.
Tonight I'm going out. Not sure where orr with who yet, but I'm going out.
