Mortgages are so weird. I'd assume that when someone gives me this much money, they's want to start collecting right away. But it's like I close on one the middle of the month and they don't really get around to billing me for a month and a half. The customer service people keep calling me weird for worrying that I haven't gotten a bill yet. I'm just the type of person who worries about that.

I guess they aren't worried cause they do know where I live.

Yeah its really weird. It took Ryan and I a bit to figure it out. Apartments you pay to be able to live in the apartment that month, but houses you pay for after the month you lived in it. Its odd. If I remember correctly since Ryan signed right after the first of the month we had like 2 months of living in the house before we paid anything. It was odd.
