So no house for me. I looked at everything in the area of Madison I could find, and nothing in my price range was livable. We are talking total styes or the roof was caving in. So I will expand the search a bit to other areas and keep looking, but basically the excitement as kinda died.

Oh well, wasn't ment to be right now, I guess.

Check again in a couple of months. Once spring hits, more people are on the move, and you'll find a lot more in your price range. We did. Good luck.

Actually I heard that now is the time to buy, because prices go up in the spring when the weather is warmer.
