radlilimWith the water heater leaking, Paul and I decided last night to clean up the water on the basement floor and vacuum the spider webs so it is less gross down there for when we replace it. This turned into reorganizing the entire basement. We worked until 2am and I am very sniffly today from all the crap we breathed, but the basement has tons more space in it, so we can spread out and do more household chores in it (remember those cabinets we never finished? yeah...). I have to make a garbage run and a Goodwill donation run this weekend, but it will be pretty sweet when it's done.
Plus our friend Dave will come over and help us with the installation. Since we both have Monday off, that is when it should happen.
I like the end of a project, there is a lot of PDF generation and file moving/copying/downloading/uploading, so while my computer processes, I can relax a bit. I still have to work, but there are fewer details running around my head. This hell project should be done this week, or early next week. At least the corrections should be done.
I'll probably be starting to help out with some of the other projects around here that are disasters soon. And heck, I might even work at the mall again, if they'll have me back after 2 months off.
