radlilimBeen super busy with work latelty, thus the lack of posting. Weekend was fine, cept a bit too much partying and then a wasted Sunday. Done with Hilton now, no more early morning coffee shifts. Volleyball was fun on Sunday again, still more talk of the team for the national league. I got an intereting comment about my abilities. I was talking with Brett and he told me about a converstaion that he was having with Dudley about my skill level. Dudley said that I have a really good volleyball player in me, just struggling to get out. I think that's a compliment. Either way Brett keeps giving me tips and explaining plays to me and it's going well. I didn't even know that there were plays in volleyball.
Softball last night went better than last week. We still lost, but by a lot less. Might have had a lot to do with the Pink team not being as good as the Maroon team. We need to stop watching the ball hit the plate and swing. I had a lot of fun chatting/flirting with Lee (the coach for Pink) during the game. Last year he didn't have a clue who I was, and now we are at least casual friends. It's still cool that people choose to say hi to me when they see me, and its not just me trying to get their attention. For all my softball bitching, it's still a good thing. After the state tournament is planned I hope that part of my work load will die down and I can enjoy the sport.
It's been really cool seeing Wendy these last few days. I will see her and hopefully baby on Wednesday or Thursday night. And we have plans to met up in the Twin Cities in a few weeks with her sister and husband and my sister and husband abd hit the Ren Faire.
This weekend is tournament in the Twin Ciites. I have to remember to remind my cousin and her husband that it's a gay tournament and to not be surprised when they show up.
