radlilimI need a day off. I'm feeling very frazzled. And I know I have this weekend off, and we will have lots of fun in Chicago. But I need a day or three where I can catch up on house chores, read, watch TV and relax. Without things that need to be done looming over my head. And I know that my hectic schedule is my own fault. But I feel I need to make some time. Not sure if I should just pick a weekend or if I should take a day off work. Will have to ponder.
We lost all our games again last night at volleyball. As I've said to a few people, we are six good players, we just can't seem to play well together. After we played another hour of pick up, which as usual went much better and was tons of fun. The better play might be because we don't care as much about the score and are just in it for fun. Or it might be the mixing up of the players. Or because we all paly harder since there are fewer people to cover the court. Not sure. But my legs are a bit sore from the play.
After that Paul and I went out to the Shamrock with the girls for a bit. Ran into Dave R. again, who I haven't seen in months. It was nice to talk to him again. He lives such an interesting life.
Leaving early from Four Lakes so I can put in a longer day at the mall and give Eric a break. Probably get a cab around 2 or 3.
