Jan. 4th, 2007 08:49 amSo I'm trying to look at my Charter account online and need to set up my online account. To do this you have to enter your account number. I do and hit submit. The next page lists the account number and asks if it is correct. Well I did it 3 times and each time it changed the last digit from a 2 to a 3. So I call the help number and they tell me, "That's a little thing on our end, the last number can be a 1, 2, or 3 and it points to the same account."
Um, huh? Then why ask me if the account number is correct? wankers.
They've been nothing but trouble for everyone I talk to. I can't wait until we get a 2nd cable company in town and they have to actually care about their customers, otherwise they will loose them.
