radlilim: (gay Paul and Me)
Paid account over with, upgraded to Plus account to keep 15 user pics. Apologies if the adds annoy anyone.

Work is still random and sporadic. Latest podcast is kinda dragging, but still interesting enough that I want to listen to it to the end. I'll post about it when I'm done with it.

I had no motivation last night and got nothing done until Paul got home and we went grocery shopping. Hopefully tonight I can get started on my next piece of art for Abbie. The research for the background is done, now the drawing part.

This weekend is looking like it'll be weird. I might work, depends on the project. I might work at the mall. I might join Paul at his conference for school. I might fix the light in the bathroom with Keith's help. Who knows.

Wow, those pop up adds for the Plus account are annoying. I'll have to decide if the 9 extra user pics are worth it.

Forget What you Can't Remember, my latest listen to Teel McClanahan III's work, again started out interesting. Then started loosing me when they moved mostly onto the magical, high-tech safe haven city, and then I got bored with the introspective of the social structure of the city. Not that it was badly written at all. Just not my type of story. More Zombies!

The tie ins with his other books were interesting, though sometimes were surprising and ended up confusing me some.

This seems to happen often with his stories. Our interests are just different, I guess. So this isn't a bad review, just another "not my thing" review.

To wrap up the story: No matter how good the world can become, it will still suck. :)
