Took the car into get an oil change this morning. And of course they found a ton of things "wrong" with it again. I guess my serpentine belt is cracked and needs to be replaced? Of course that will cost like $400. I think I will take it in to one or two other garages and get more opinions and estimates. The discrepancy with the last issue still has me not believing the Saturn dealership. I also need new tires, but that one I agree with. Need to start saving and shopping around for them.

Either that or win some contest for a new car.

The plan for today is I get to print out some pages for someone's job. Wheeee.

I'm also going to work on my presentation for the next InDesign Users meeting, I'm showing them how to do GREP searches, using mostly cavlec's training materials back form my Impression's days. Work might not make me feel good about my career, but being in a group of people who will ask me for advice and help is a nice reminder I'm not an idiot.

I watched some Supernatural last night, got through "Violence and Sex". I like the plot lines still, though I'd like more of Sammy's powers, I'm sure that'll show up more towards the end. It is nice to see that sometimes they still have the non-apocalypse episodes with the old humor threaded in.
