Jan. 5th, 2006 09:07 amFirst match of the new season went well. We took 2 of 3, and lost the third because we beat ourselves. Course David (the new guy) didn't know that total wins counted, so admitted to not try too hard the last game. Oh well, not his fault, I spent most of the first game going over the rules.
He's going to be fun to play with. Probably the hottest guy in the league (granted I only saw half the teams last night, but I feel pretty confident in my assesment). Straight as a post, of course--girl friend in Point. But easy going, not biggoted, heavy drinker (not as in "problem drinker," as in Kiki and I drinker). We stayed out too late, got home at 1:30. But it was a lot of fun. Not sure who was flirting more, Gina or I.
Think this will be a fun season.
