What'd I be most worried about is trying to capture the speed and pace I'd want in that type of game. In all of those medical dramas, they are always running around in a crazy rush, and I'm not sure one could do that very well in an online RPG.
If I do end up needing to run a game I think I'll do a D&D one. I'm in a few right now, and with the rules it's easier to keep the party moving. Modding a free form game like most of them are is kinda scary.
I need to get on working on my CoS plot/story line too. Sucks that I actually have work to do during the day now. :)
